Tento krok reaguje na dlouhodob\u00e9 rozd\u00edly v platech mezi pohlav\u00edmi, kter\u00e9 i p\u0159es st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed legislativu p\u0159etrv\u00e1valy a pat\u0159\u00ed mezi jedny z nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch v r\u00e1mci Evropsk\u00e9 unie.<\/p>\n\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee je z\u00e1sada stejn\u00e9ho odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed ps\u00e1na ji\u017e v z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce, nov\u00fd z\u00e1kon v\u00fdrazn\u011b posiluje transparentnost a kontrolu dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto principu. Zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 budou muset zav\u00e9st objektivn\u00ed strukturu odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e1 vych\u00e1z\u00ed z krit\u00e9ri\u00ed jako odpov\u011bdnost, slo\u017eitost \u010di pracovn\u00ed podm\u00ednky. V\u00fd\u0161i odm\u011bny a jej\u00ed rozp\u011bt\u00ed ji\u017e nebude mo\u017en\u00e9 nechat jen ve vnit\u0159n\u00edch materi\u00e1lech &#8211; bude se povinn\u011b uv\u00e1d\u011bt iv pracovn\u00edch nab\u00eddk\u00e1ch a inzer\u00e1tech.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed novinkou je povinnost vypracovat zpr\u00e1vu o odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e1 mus\u00ed prok\u00e1zat, jak firma zaru\u010duje stejn\u00e9 odm\u011bny za stejnou pr\u00e1ci \u010di pr\u00e1ci stejn\u00e9 hodnoty. Tato zpr\u00e1va se bude pod\u00e1vat ministerstvu pr\u00e1ce \u2013 jednou ro\u010dn\u011b pro firmy s v\u00edce ne\u017e 250 zam\u011bstnanci, a jednou za t\u0159i roky pro spole\u010dnosti se 100 a\u017e 249 zam\u011bstnanci. Pokud zpr\u00e1va odhal\u00ed rozd\u00edl v pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fdch odm\u011bn\u00e1ch mezi mu\u017ei a \u017eenami nejm\u00e9n\u011b 5 %, zam\u011bstnavatel jej bude muset objektivn\u011b vysv\u011btlit nebo odstranit.<\/p>\n\n<p>Pro HR odd\u011blen\u00ed a zam\u011bstnavatele to znamen\u00e1 posun z form\u00e1ln\u00edho dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pravidel na aktivn\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Transparentnost bude vy\u017eadovat, aby firmy nejen nastavily spravedliv\u00e1 mzdov\u00e1 sch\u00e9mata, ale tak\u00e9 je aktivn\u011b komunikovaly se zam\u011bstnanci a uchaze\u010di. To zahrnuje b\u011b\u017enou praxi otev\u0159en\u011b mluvit o krit\u00e9ri\u00edch ohodnocov\u00e1n\u00ed a b\u00fdt p\u0159ipraven k diskusi o rozd\u00edlech, kter\u00e9 mohou vzniknout p\u0159i r\u016fzn\u00fdch kategori\u00edch pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n\n<p>Zm\u011bna legislativy p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed i ekonomick\u00fd vliv. N\u011bkter\u00e9 firmy budou muset upravit mzdy, aby odstranily neopodstatn\u011bn\u00e9 rozd\u00edly, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edho a spravedliv\u011bj\u0161\u00edho pracovn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Jin\u00e9 mohou identifikovat neefektivn\u011b nastaven\u00e9 mzdov\u00e9 politiky, kter\u00e9 dosud zvy\u0161ovaly fluktuaci nebo podkop\u00e1valy d\u016fv\u011bru zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.<\/p>\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edstup k transparentn\u00edmu odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed tedy nen\u00ed jen ot\u00e1zkou souladu s pr\u00e1vn\u00edmi normami. Je to dlouhodob\u00e1 investice do firemn\u00ed kultury, kari\u00e9rn\u00edho pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed, motivace zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a reputace zam\u011bstnavatele.
